Redefining the “edge” of the harbor

The Dutch Dialogs are a series of on-going workshops and other convenings in the United States and Europe which bring together American and Dutch planners, architects, urban designers and engineers in order to share perspectives and expertise around issue related to sea level rise and climate change resiliency.  This drawing and others are products of one of the working sessions that speculated on “soft edge” solutions for the New York Harbor.
